How they support every child
SEND provision
All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who face barriers to learning, receive highly effective support. Staff monitor progress closely, develop strategies to meet individual needs, and ensure additional funding is used to support children’s language skills, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
Outdoor space
Staff use the outdoor environment extremely well to help support children to develop their coordination, agility, core strength, and fine motor skills. Children balance on tyres, build assault courses, and experience nature, and older children explore frog spawn to learn about the life cycle of frogs.
EAL / language support
Information gathered from parents and carers, including about communication needs, is used effectively to help children settle quickly and take part fully, ensuring every child, including those with additional language needs, is included and thrives.

my daughter went here 2014 to 2017 . it's was brilliant the staff are lovely ,friendly and caring and I could not fault them. They do lots of good fun things and every day / week something new. I cannot praise this nursery enough . They really helped my daughter to become ready for school and to really bring out her strengths and work on her weaknesses. overall an outstanding nursery .

Truly awful vist, limited information available. And children left unsupervised. Manager had a serious power trip, made us feel unwelcome.

My Grandchildren went to little rascals over a number of years, always fantastic, they have very happy memories of being there and came on leaps and bounds ready for starting school. Would definitely recommend Fiona’s nursery 100%
