The hygiene in this nursery is very poor, and the children are constantly exposed to viruses. This led to my son experiencing severe seizures. Once we removed him out of this nursery, his seizures stopped. Having worked in other nurseries before, I have never seen children become this ill. There must be a way to address and resolve this problem.

I feel many of the nursery staff leave the kids unattended. In the four months my daughter was with this nursery she had an 'accident, almost every week. Nursery staff carelessly trapped my daughters fingers in the door. A young boy made her nose bleed that her top needed to be changed as it was covered in blood. She had a head injury that was downplayed by staff as 'just a little bruise'. Near the end of the day the staff clean the rooms and leave the kids playing in a tiny space within the hallway that resembles a prison. My daughter told me in front of staff the gate hurt her finger and the old nursery woman with blonde hair and the young inexperienced nursery nurse with dark hair tried to blame me! Stating did it happen at home when my child just told me it was them and it was 5.30pm at the end of the day. Only four members of staff are competent and they are management and seniors. The manager is nice and tried to resolve issues but she is not always there. Becky is nice the senior and two nursery staff ladies. One who smiles a lot and Bobby but the rest are young and inexperienced or old, moody and argumentative as if they don't want to be there. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want peace of mind and your child looked after without incidents.

I was very nervous when my child started nursery for the first time. It was hard getting her settled in at first, many tears both me & her but the staff were so supportive and helped Sofia settle in very quickly. I have noticed a very positive change in her behavior since she started the nursery, she has become more independent and she’s now happy to go nursery. I would recommend the nursery, I have personally seen my child’s behavior change positively, it’s always been a struggle to manage tantrums and get her to listen but I don’t face these issue anymore. Happy days :)

Unfortunately when my child attended this nursery it was clear that certain staff treated the children differently based on ethnicity. Caucasian children were warmly welcomed with smiles, brown children seemed to be barely acknowledged.

My son has been going to this nursery for nearly 2 years. The staff have been exceptional in supporting all aspects of his development. He loves going to nursery and will remain here until he is required to go to primary school. Ignore the reviews for the cleanliness of the nursery, it's noticeably very clean every morning and has been for the entire 2 years I've been taking my son. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
