Inclusion & environment
Staff have clearly defined roles and responsibilities, researching hearing loss and adapting the environment for children who use hearing aids. In staff meetings, they discuss their roles and implemented strategies, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. As a result, staff fully understand how to meet the needs of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Leaders and staff collaborate well with external professionals, like speech and language therapists, to set personalised targets and ensure children receive the support they need to develop their skills.
The most amazing staff. My daughter has attended here and I can not fault the staff. They're all so friendly and you don't think twice about your child's care. Any minor issues are sorted there and then and management are amazing. Quick responses and always happy to help find a solution or swap days about if available. My daughters came along so well socially, speaking and in every other aspect. I can not recommend this nursery enough. Thank you so much for looking after Violet for me!
