Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are particularly well supported. They develop close relationships with their key persons, who demonstrate good knowledge of children's circumstances. Staff work closely with parents and other professionals to meet children's specific needs.
Children love spending time in the nursery gardens and have many opportunities to explore the natural world around them. They particularly enjoy a wide range of activities and experiences in the nursery gardens, including playing tennis or navigating obstacle courses.
We thought triangles baby room was full of excellent staff. My baby liked going here and they accommodated early drop offs. It was transparent and never felt like things were hidden like at our previous nursery. Although the baby space had no outdoor access it was light and interesting. This aside the staff were all great and ultimately it's about who looks after our baby that we cared about. No complaints there. The location was a bit of a bottle neck but other than that we were happy with the care our baby received.
Read on GoogleDon't know if the nursery is good because they forgot to save a space for my child. I met up with them a year early and got started on the paperwork. Then they ignored my emails, or asked again if I had filled the paperwork I sent months ago, or said that we could sort out the deposit later on. Two months before my child was due to start I called as I had not received any updates from them and they said they had no spaces available. They said they would talk to the manager and get back to me after checking the email chain. They didn't get back, so I called them again. They said that the manager was just having lunch and they would call back. That was a month ago. Still waiting for that call back, or an apology or explanation as to why they lead someone to believe they have secured a space for their child. Parents send their kids to nursery because they have to go back to work, so this kind of situation is really stressful.
