Inclusion & environment

Children take on the role of 'safety spies' when they complete outdoor risk assessments to ensure it is a safe area to play. Children build with large blocks and 'walk the plank' before jumping off their 'boat'.
We couldn’t be happier with Kiddi Caru. From the very beginning, the team made our son Zayn feel welcome, safe and excited to learn. The staff are caring, attentive and always take the time to update us on how his day has gone, which gives us real peace of mind. The activities are varied and thoughtful, and we’ve loved seeing how much his confidence and development have come on in such a short time. It’s clear the nursery puts a lot of effort into creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Thank you to everyone there for the incredible work you do, it means a lot to our family.
Read on GoogleSince the first day the whole team made sure we felt safe and secure. My baby loves spending time in nursery with everyone and his nominated key person is just amazing, which made me feel so much at ease when first started. Communication skills 100% and love how caring they are 🤍. The best!
Read on GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the level of care and supervision at Kiddi Caru Chelmsford. My daughter, Niva, recently suffered an injury to her left eye while at the nursery. This is simply not acceptable. Proper supervision should prevent injuries, not just react to them. This is not the first safety concern I have had with Kiddi Caru. In a video from the nursery's app, I saw Niva being given real scissors to cut paper, and she ended up cutting her finger. When I raised this concern, I was told that staff were "present," but clearly, just being present is not enough if proper attention isn’t given. I trusted this nursery with my daughter's safety and well-being, and that trust has been completely broken. I have since withdrawn her admission and requested a refund for the remaining period, including the registration fee.
