Inclusion & environment
Staff are effective in engaging with other professionals when needed, making referrals to external services and signposting parents to support. They work closely with other agencies to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), liaising with parents to implement suitable, individualised strategies and maintaining appropriate records to share with relevant agencies. This helps to ensure that all children receive the support that they need so they can make progress in relation to their individual starting points.
The inspectors observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
Myself and my partner knew this was the nursery for us from the moment we came to visit and it has exceeded our expectations every day since. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery, she is loved and treated like she is one of the staffs own. We never worry about her when she’s there, she eats good healthy meals and is doing new activities everyday. She has come on leaps and bounds with her talking, her compassion for others and her confidence in being away from us. We can’t recommend our nursery more x
Read on GoogleOur son started at Kiddi Caru 13 months ago, and in that time we have been blown away by the high level of care, communication and commitment Jo and her team have shown in the operation of the nursery. Without exception, all staff members have gone above and beyond for our son and are all clearly committed to the nurturing and well being of the children in their care. Our son loves going to nursery each day and we couldn't recommend Kiddi Caru highly enough.
Read on GoogleMy daughter attends Kiddi Caru in Colchester, and she absolutely loves it! She always comes home happy and full of stories about the fun activities she’s been involved in. The meals provided are excellent, and she enjoys them just as much as the variety of play and learning experiences offered. We particularly appreciate the updates we receive through the Famly app, which gives us insight into what she’s been up to during the day. It’s so reassuring to see photos and updates about her progress and daily routine. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Kiddi Caru and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing and engaging nursery for their child.
Read on GoogleMy husband and I were very disappointed what lead to my sons safety and security. Staff and management do not take your concerns and issues seriously. Waited for multiple incidents before acknowledging you. We feel that our son's safety and welfare has not met. Resulting our son feeling anxious and traumatised when coming to nursery. Which results of pulling him out of nursery immediately. I feel terrible that he will be missing out now on social skills and his development.
Read on GoogleMy son currently goes to to this nursery and I can't express how happy I am with everything they have done for him. He has been attending since he was nine months old and in each room he has been treated with nothing but care, love and respect. It's like a home from home. He loves coming home and talking about the activities and his friends too. We Couldn't be happier with the nursery. Thank you!
