Inclusion & environment
All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, successfully develop their communication and language skills. Staff work in close partnership with parents to learn key words in other languages that children speak.
Children enjoy a wide range of interesting activities that motivate them to learn. For example, they are fascinated to watch ingredients react when they make their own volcanoes in the garden. Children have plenty of opportunities to learn and explore outdoors. Furthermore, babies thoroughly enjoy playing and sleeping in their own outdoor area.
Our little one absolutely loves her nursery, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful and caring staff. I could name individuals, but truly, everyone is the reason she’s excited to go each day. The large, beautiful outdoor space is such a huge bonus, and I really appreciate that she gets to enjoy it. The team does lovely activities with the children and regularly shares updates on the app, which I just adore. Please keep up the amazing work - your efforts will have a lasting impact on these little ones. Thank you so much!
Read on GoogleThis place is truly amazing. My daughter has been going here since she was 8 months old. She's recently turned 2 and she's always happy and excited to go. The staff are just amazing. When the day comes for my daughter to leave when she goes into reception, I'm not ashamed to say, I'll be quite upset because the level of care is just wonderful.
Read on GoogleMy daughter was due to start here in May 2021. We paid our deposit in September 2021 after visiting the nursery. All was proceeding and was waiting for confirmation on her settling in sessions. I had chased and hadn't received any calls or responses in return. The day before she should have started her settling in sessions, I finally managed to speak to the manager, who said she could no longer take on my daughter. This was two weeks before she was due to start.. and two weeks before I was returning to work. Stressful to say the least. I wouldn't recommend. I have heard this has happened to many others since !!
Read on GoogleMy son went to Kiddi Caru in Burgess Hill for just over a year and it was brilliant. All the key carers were really nice and engaging, plus they genuinely care about the well-being of your child which is vital if you're leaving your most precious thing in the hands of somebody else. I would 100% recommend it as a great place to send your child to nursery.
Read on GoogleMy grandson went here and used to scream at the door for mummy. He was eventually moved and he told us that they used to put him in the corner regularly. There was no communication from the nursery whilst this was happening so we had no idea what was going on. He is so so happy at his new nursery and keeps telling us this ‘ because they don’t put me in the corner‘. As an ex Primary teacher I am appalled at this sort of punishment. The nursery needs training in discipline. It is unprofessional and none of my other grandchildren will be going there.
