Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

The new provider has accurately identified key priorities, including support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Targeted funding is used to help children engage in learning more effectively. Senior leaders have reviewed the assessments of children with SEND and staff use their existing links with internal and external specialists, and local advisors for support and advice.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy the 'car wash' outdoors and gleefully splash their bare feet in water. At times, there are fewer learning opportunities outdoors, where some children learn best.

My experience with this nursery is a mix of positives and serious concerns. This nursery is good in terms of facilities and teachers performance. But, unfortunately our experience with the management was not very satisfactory. The management’s behavior towards parents is unprofessional and sometimes indifferent, which can overshadow the overall experience, and creates an unpleasant atmosphere for parents. As a parent, I expected the children to be treated with due respect and attention, but some behaviors have raised doubts about this. The management is also, often defensive in dealing with feedback, which does not create an open and constructive space for dialogue. These issues can clearly negatively affect the experience of parents and children. Overall, I suggest parents carefully evaluate the various aspects of this nursery before making a decision. I hope the nursery can improve its management approach in the future and achieve a higher level of parental satisfaction.

Before reading the review, I thought I was the only one feeling this way about the manager! It’s honestly so frustrating. Unfortunately switching nurseries isn’t an option for me at the moment , so I’m hoping the nursery, and especially the manager, takes parents’ feedback seriously and takes steps to improve, creating a better experience for everyone.
