If I could give no stars I would. My daughter has gone here since 2020. And when it was hillside I couldn’t fault it. I recommend it to everyone.. since the takeover it’s gone massively down hill. The all tell me she’s had a lovely day, she’s eaten all her dinner it’s the same every day its never anything different. She comes home absolutely soaking, including the spare clothes, her coat soaking in the middle of winter. This isn’t just a 1 time thing. It’s every day she’s there. Does anyone watch them? What if I didn’t drive and it was snowing the poor kid would have hyperthermia. I am so disappointed. As soon as I can get her a nursery place at a school, she will be leaving!

From the moment you walk in, you can feel how warm, welcoming, and nurturing the environment is. The staff are absolutely fantastic—so kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They really take the time to get to know each child as an individual, which has made such a difference in our child’s confidence and happiness. The activities are always creative and engaging, with a great balance of learning and play. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into everything.
