My little boy has only been going to kids planet for a couple of months but I have had such a brilliant experience already with all of the staff and especially Amber and Natalia in the baby room who always seem to have a smile on her face when you go in. They are all very polite and helpful and will always tell you what your child has been up to all day. My little boy seems to be settling in well and I’m sure it’s down to how good the staff have been with him. The managers are great too and they seem to get involved with the children too which is lovely. I would definitely recommend this nursery for your baby and you won’t be disappointed 😃

My daughter went to Fernhurst Nursery but we found the experience very frustrating. The system for dropping off children can often take between 15-20minutes everyday, standing outside waiting. Most of the staff are lovely but there are one or two that are not nice and not friendly. My daughter took a long time to settle in and often didn't want to go. Staff were supposed to call me to talk about this but it didn't happen. All in all, I would not recommend this nursery. It's expensive and not worth the cost.

will not be recommending as a place to raise children as it seems the the manager herself hasn't yet been able to grow up and act like a respectable adult herself.
