I am very disappointed with the staff. I inquired about slot availability for a 3.5-year-old and was informed via email that slots were available. We have invited to visit the nursery to look around. During our visit, the staff provided an orientation and confirmed that the 10-hour slot was currently available. They also took my son's details, including his age, and advised us to contact the manager the next day to book his attendance. When my husband called the manager, she was quite rude and told him that no slots were available. She ended the call abruptly. He called her again to clarify, but she Said that the slots were not available anymore. We went there according to their appointment and spent time preparing the nursery for my son, but completely ignored. This was a very frustrating experience, and they really need to communicate more clearly .

I'd recommend this nursery to anyone, I'm yet to find a nursery that does everything that Kiddiwinks do with the children in their care. From country days (where children go in in the chosen counties colours and learn all about their culture, food etc) to forest school and swimming when they're in preschool. Never had an issue with any of the staff they're always willing to help and advise if you ask for advice. Both my children have been to Kiddiwinks one currently still there and they both love it, they both had/have a great relationship with their Key Workers. You also get to see what they get up to during the day, what they're eating, sleeping and what nappies they've had on an app that you can download to your phone. Brilliant nursery 5/5 for me.

Do NOT hand money over to this nursery. They seem to lose it then deny they have received it and you wont even get chance to check cctv. Its a joke of a nursery. If they can't look after the funds how the hell can they look after children properly. Sneaks and thieves.
