My little girl loves going to nursery always welcomed with a smile and the staff even bring her to the window so she can wave goodbye when we drop her off. Well informed throughout the day of the activities she has done. Any concerns the staff deal with immediately. Very happy child=very happy mum

I would highly recommend Kids Planet Blackpool. Both of my children have attended this setting. My child was having difficulties expressing his feelings or even asking for things such as a drink. My little one has only been there three days and said “I need a drink” & “I love you Mummy”. He loves attending nursery and already I am seeing big changes. Definitely book a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

I recommend this nursery a lot, the staff are so welcoming and friendly my little boy does 3 days a week and he loves it he is always smiling and laughing on pictures that are uploaded on to the app for me and the staff always update what he’s been up to during the day and i’ve not known him to have a bad day since he’s been there the nursery overall is clean and cozy its very welcoming and explores all different areas for different children so the children are always changing environments and exploring new textures, sensory areas or the outside world and so much more i dread the day my little one leaves as he absolutely love it there i have absolutely no complaints outstanding work to the nursery and staff!!

YOU TRIED TO GET MY SON TAKEN AWAY BY POLICE - 21/11/17 WHEN HE WAS ACTUALLY IN MORE DANGER GETTING BULLIED IN YOUR CARE - BIG MISTAKE YOU JUST KEEP SHOWING YOUR TRUE COLOURS - WEBSITE STILL UNDER DESIGN - Well where do you actually start with this place. My son has been attending this nursery over the last year and a bit. He hates going he cries about going virtually everyday he attends. He often when get picked up cries as he talks about his day, he says he been bullied on a number of occasions. This bullying has happened a number of times over the year and a bit which has always been brushed off. We as parents teach our child that violence is not the way and as a result our son does not have a hurtful bone in his body. But yesterday 8th November 2017 I went to pick him up to find out my son had been hit over the head from another child with a wooden toy. Now I know children fight but the nursery had done nothing, the child who had struck my little boy was still in fact playing with the same toys he had hit my son with, no discipline what so ever from the staff. Not even a simple removal of the offending child from the toys, so basically this nursery is showing children in my eyes that if you fight and hit other people you get what you want in life. This made me furious and I actually swore at the nursery staff which I am not proud of, but after I had removed my child from the nursery I received 2 phone calls one from a member of staff Becky who I told what had happened yes I had a raised voice and the call came to an ending of I was that furious I did not want to talk and I would go see them on Monday especially allowing time for me to calm down, but then another call this time from the manager who then tells me I am being recorded which I did not care about. She kept trying to over speak me to wind me up further. she was recording the phone call which I feel is inappropriate she tried to place blame on me by accusations that I was constantly swearing at staff. Which is totally untrue I admitted to the once I did swear but she was desperately trying to place focus on me rather than the failing of the actual nursery and staff which started all this off in the first place. So in short this nursery not only teaches children that violence is the way to do things, but also the staff are complete liars who try to twist and manipulate there actions by trying to place blame on the victims rather than sort out their own issues... My son will not be returning to this nursery again and I warn all parents to be vigilant with their children or behaviour change while they attend this place you never know what may be going on. I am 100% sure I am not going to find out by allowing my son to experience one more day with these people. Now on the 12th Of November 2017 due to my review of the safety of this nursery and my fault finding in to there teachings. They have removed reviews from facebook which read the same as above. Again rather than working on failing or dangerous things that are going on within this nursery. Rather than the failing of the staff and mainly the crafty manager, they are trying to cover up the events which happened on the the 8th November 2017. No because of this i now have no choice but to look into actual registered complaint with Ofsted or some one like that. This will not just be deleted or brushed under the carpet yet again. 16th November 2017 - Deleted Images & Text document from google reviews, Still trying to brush it under the carpet - I have screen shots to prove, Being a programmer i will design a website that will out rank this site so you can all read the truth, will go live in next 3 days

What a fabulous nursery! My nephew recently left to start school having attended Happy Tots for 2 years. He absolutely thrived here and the staff cannot be praised enough for the extra efforts they make to include all children. My nephew has numerous allergies and the staff not only ensured all his food was prepared safely but also that he could take part in all activities involving food by using ingredients not containing allergens (e.g. dairy free chocolate for rice crispy cakes) Thanks to Julie and her fantastic team we have a very confident, school ready little boy who loves to learn. Keep up the good work 👍😊
