Children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), gain much new knowledge, with staff modelling key words and instructions for those with language difficulties, and working effectively with external experts to tailor individual learning plans. Babies receive exceptional care from highly trained staff who are very attentive to their needs.

Older children are encouraged to take on responsibilities and relish challenging tasks with staff support. The nursery is open Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6pm, offering all-year provision, and children enjoy meaningful outdoor learning experiences, including climbing, running, balancing, and developing skills like catching a ball.

Our children attended this excellent nursery for a year, which we only regretfully left due to a change in our residence. The nurturing environment and engaging curriculum provided an enriching experience for our little ones. We want to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional work of Jennifer, Elize, Andrea, Sophie, Chloe and Claudia. Their dedication and outstanding care significantly contributed to our children's positive development during their time at the nursery. Although we had to relocate, the impact of their efforts will always be cherished in our memories.

Second day in a row I’ve picked my SEN child up in the same nappy I sent her in in the morning, 5 hour days in the heat in a dirty nappy. Management just kept telling me “they’ll look into it” my child now has sores on her bottom.
