Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) benefit from focused support tailored to their individual targets and goals. Staff adapt experiences to ensure full participation and access, and some staff are trained to use specialist equipment for feeding. Extra funding is used to benefit children for whom it is intended, and a specific language development programme supports children showing progress.
While staff encourage children to keep trying and build resilience, this is not consistent during outdoor learning. Leaders are enhancing the garden area for babies to better promote physical development.
It’s worth noting that all previous reviews of Kids Planet Hartburn on Google are from the former Tiny Tuners, with this review aimed squarely at Kids Planet, who’ve recently taken over the establishment. All the staff we’ve come to know over the past four years are leaving or have left. Communication from new leadership/management is nonexistent. Our child’s development is suffering due to the huge volume of changes enforced over such a short period of time, and despite promises of fees not increasing this year, we’ve just received notice to the contrary. Please review Kids Planet on other platforms, Glassdoor, Trustpilot etc. before making your decision.
Read on GoogleMy little boy loves nursery and always has a great time there. The staff are all lovely and clearly really care about the kids they look after. Very happy with Tiny Turners, wouldn't change it.
Read on GoogleIf you’re considering this nursery i would absolutely recommend. My child has been attending for over a year now and every day he comes home after learning something new. He has developed amazing relationships with other children as well as all the nursery staff and they are all super lovely and also very professional. They always handover thoroughly about my childs day, keep me updated and ring me if needed. Any problems are quickly resolved and they are always available to answer any questions and i feel like every childs needs are tailored for individually. My child runs in every morning as is clearly very comfortable and happy there. I really feel like we picked the right place, i go to work feeling reassured my child is safe, happy, cared for and also having a fun day.
Read on GoogleFantastic nursery. My little boy has come on amazingly since attending - he loves all the staff and we will be sending our second baby here shortly too. In very safe hands.
