She implements innovative strategies, such as teaching children to "shoot webs like Spiderman" to strengthen wrist muscles. Children have the freedom to safely explore their outdoor environment, where they can transport water in a wheelbarrow, make marks with paint brushes and rollers, and enjoy washing vegetables and planting seeds.

Parental partnerships are well-developed, with opportunities for stay-and-play sessions and community outings, such as trips to the local allotment. Staff also work diligently with schools to ensure smooth transitions for children, including introducing similar stories and liaising with other key persons for those attending two settings.

The manager has a clear vision for the nursery's future, striving to provide children with even more opportunities to build fundamental life skills.
