The Care Company Day Childcare & Baby Nursery, located in Stafford (ST18 0BF), opened in September 2024 and has since moved its main site to The Conference Centre in December 2025. It is an Ofsted-regulated facility that provides day care for children from 3 months up to 15 years old.
The day nursery operates five days a week, from 7 am to 7 pm, with an option for early drop-off starting at 6:30 am. The Care Company has a history of supporting adults in the Stafford area for over 12 years through their home and nursing care services. They offer funded places for eligible children, including the 15 and 30 hours schemes, and also accept Tax-Free Childcare.
Meals are freshly prepared on-site, with a strict nut-free policy for the kitchen and dining areas. They also offer a Holiday Club for children aged 3 months to 5 years, which requires pre-registration.

Meals are cooked and freshly prepared on-site. Drinks are provided during each session. Strictly a nut-free kitchen and dining room, therefore outside food and drink are not permitted. From September 2025, the nursery will provide Stage 1 milk, cow's milk, or plant-based milk as alternatives, but will no longer supply Stage 2 milk.

We recently moved our son here and couldn’t be happier! The staff are super friendly, attentive, and there are plenty of them to make sure the kids are well looked after and having fun. The app doesn’t always have loads of updates, but we always get a lovely update when collecting him — and honestly, I’d much rather they spend their time painting, playing, and interacting with the kids than typing on an app! Everything else, from communication to food and billing, has been brilliant. Highly recommend! 🌟

We couldn’t be happier with the care and support our children receive. Our 1.5-year-old son James goes every morning and absolutely loves it — he has settled in so well, and it’s amazing to see how much his confidence and development have grown. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment every day. Our 5-year-old daughter attends the holiday club, which has been brilliant for her. The activities are always exciting, creative, and well-organised — she comes home full of stories and is always eager to go back. A huge thank you to Jade, Jodie, Jane, Clare, Julie, Tamsin and the whole team — they have been incredible with both of our children. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care mean the world to us. It’s clear how much they love what they do, and it shows in how happy and settled the children are. We highly recommend this setting to any parents looking for a safe, caring, and supportive place for their little ones!

I had such bad anxiety about sending my children to nursery, but I hadn’t of worried because this nursery is just incredible. I have my 18 month old daughter in the baby room and my 3 year old boy who has autism and food allergies in the pre-school room. Both of my children have separation anxiety and always struggle to be apart from my husband and I, but they both seem to be settling in so well here and in such a short space of time too. The staff have been more than accommodating to all of my little boys additional needs. They’ve given him extra settling in sessions, his own special food, they took time to sit down with me to discuss his needs and allergies and devised medical plans and so much more. They honestly couldn’t do enough for us. All of the staff are super friendly and approachable and we couldn’t be more grateful of them. There’s lots of varieties of toys in all of the rooms, lots of educational activities and a nice little play area outside too. They also have their own app in which you can receive updates about your children on throughout the day, which I absolutely love because they always seem to be doing something fun. I very highly recommend this nursery, it’s by far the best one we’ve been to in the area.

His progress is incredible, and every day he comes home with a smile that melts our hearts. My little girl goes here in the baby room , she loves it ! The rooms are very big and filled with fun things to do the sensory room is her favourite , the hours are great with early opening and weekend availability the staff are all very friendly and helpful nothing seems to much for them
