My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Mablins Lane for breakfast club since she started in reception. For the first 2 years, we had no issues whatsoever. Since September, they changed systems and cancelled the direct debit, with invoices and payments now being managed through an app. We notified them we had no access to this in September, only to the Kids Planet branch our daughter attends for holiday club. We have chased this multiple times a week since September, rarely receiving a response, and when we do it is less than helpful. We finally have access to the app and invoices after over 3 months of back and forth, but we are receiving no response on clearing the outstanding balance. Prior to this, I would've recommended Kids Planet Mablins, but now I would advise anyone considering sending their child here to find another childcare setting.
