The staff effectively support children's language development, encouraging a wide range of vocabulary use, from babies babbling during songs to older children using mathematical language.

The nursery excels in promoting physical development, with babies learning to stand and older children enjoying daily exercise sessions to learn different ways to move their bodies. Children learn to play cooperatively, take turns, and understand how to keep themselves safe.

The management team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and learning, fostering a culture of reflective practice among staff. The nursery has robust SEND provision, with staff receiving specific training and closely liaising with outside agencies, such as specialist teachers, to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

SEND provision

Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities exceptionally well. They access specific training to continually develop their professional skills and improve their practice. The nursery special educational needs and disability coordinator and leadership team liaise closely with outside agencies, such as specialist teachers. They share ideas and strategies to help children make progress. This includes using visual prompts to help children understand and manage the changes in routine.

Outdoor space

On their return to nursery from the pandemic, staff planned lots of outdoor learning and visits in the local community that they had been unable to do, due to the pandemic. Older children learn about the different ways that they can move their bodies and enjoy daily exercise sessions.

My Grandson attends the nursery, he joined in the toddlers class and is now in preschool class, he is growing and developing important life skills, thanks to the staff for their continued hard work..

My daughter attended kids planet newbold, she absolutely loved it and the friendly staff made her welcome always, she learnt so much over the years and they prepared her brilliantly for primary school .
