Inclusion & environment
Staff and the leadership team give a great deal of thought and planning to supporting children with additional needs. There are strong systems in place to ensure these children receive swift support, helping them succeed. Staff get to know children with additional needs well and use this knowledge to plan and implement activities that enable learning.
Children enjoy playing in the well-resourced outside area. Toddlers and staff laugh with glee as they run around the garden with spray bottles, chasing each other and squirting water. Children have access to exciting outdoor experiences, such as nimbly negotiating an obstacle course made from boxes, which staff use to help them develop physical skills and manage risks.
Very dirty place, floor soaked in water, shoes and wellies spread over the room, coats half on floor, kids full of dried food and mucus on their faces, 2 staff for 17 or more kids. Staff look rather too young to care for kids and unprofessional. Been there with my son for 1.5 hours and no one bothered to mop the floor a bit, my 3 year old cleaned it a bit because half the floor was full of water. Not enough toys for the kids, most of them wooden toys. Access to outdoor area restricted ( door was shut) even if they advertise it as being open all day and the weather was dry. Paid £50 or £100 admin fee and ended up not even going to a session. I am not even bothered about loosing those money, I am just happy I have seen how it is and that my son will not attend that place. Toddlers were sleeping next to the floor mat, on the wooden floor, none of them were covered with blankets. Like animals! Management should really do some changes because the hygiene among other things there is definitely not alright.
Read on GoogleVery poor nursery when i took my son there, very unprofessional staff that could not give a reliable detailed account of my childs day. Sometimes i would be stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone. They also over charge on meals and use of equipment, you don't have the choice of giving your child a packed lunch instead you have to pay £25 a month and that includes the government funding of hours. The communication is terrible, half of things were never told to me or mum, we are so glad our child doesn't attend here anymore and will be starting at a proper school in September!
Read on GoogleYu-Yei and the team are fantastic. She is caring, helpful and always smiling. She shows endless dedication, care and support for our daughter's wellbeing and development. She has supported us through key milestones such as potty training. Yu-Yei has become an important part of our daughter Ettas life. She looks forward to spending time with her and always speaks about her at home, she even tells people Yu-Yei is her best friend. For us as parents it is so reassuring to have Yu-Yei and the rest of the fantastic team taking care of our child. We are confident and content that Etta is in safe hands so a MASSIVE thank you.
Read on GoogleEveryone says how well my little girl does and how advanced she is. I have to put a massive part down to these guys. I would definitely recommended.
