With 15 dedicated staff members, including nine holding Level 3, two Level 2, and one Level 6 early years qualifications, the nursery ensures a high quality of care and education for its 125 children on roll. The setting successfully provides funded early years education for two-, three-, and four-year-old children.

At Kids Planet, we go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and early years education. We provide secure, nurturing environments where children feel valued, respected, and free to explore. Our focus is always to create the best environment for your child to thrive. As an Udeskole accredited nursery, outdoor learning is at the heart of what we do. From emergency services visiting the nursery to weekly “womble” sessions where children help tidy up the local area, we provide opportunities for children to understand responsibility and respect.

How they support every child

SEND provision

The manager and staff know their key children well and plan appropriate targets to support them, including those children with special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Any gaps or concerns are shared with parents and, where necessary, referrals are made to other agencies.

Outdoor space

Children are well supervised outdoors. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
