Initially, they were asking for they charges. When my child was eligible for funded hours. Then nursery staff missed to update admission details joining details, settling in session until i rang them to check. Now during settling-in session my child got injured or hurt. Nursery staff had no information or awareness about the incident and they filled accident form as formality based on information i provided. Rather than comforting the child or asking them if they are hurt. They really need to see what they are doing. I am scared regarding the safety of my child whilst with this setting.

Charging me and my family £350 for a "stay and play" session that I paid up front for 2 years ago right before Christmas, during a pandemic where many are losing jobs. Top class company, not.
