My son has been going here for 2 years and he loves it. So much so, he doesn't want to come home. Whilst there have been hiccups, which could have accured at any nursery, they are always dealt with thoroughly and promptly by staff. The whole team are amazing and the manager Jenna, is fantastic.

Have have use this nursery for two kids and have been very impressed. Staff are well trained and attentive, bookings can be flexible to accomodate shift work, and the nursery is an open and transparent place (no rooms parents cant visit or see into). NHS discount also available.

I have had my twins in their care since they were 9months old - when I finally looking we were really impressed with the space, cleanliness, activities on offer compared to other nurseries but the big wins for us were all staff being first aid trained and cameras in every room. We have been kept informed of progress via the app each time they have attended and nothing seems to be too much trouble our children have created bonds with staff which is lovely to see it's also great that all we need to take in is spare clothes as everything else is fully included a big help with the mental load - my personal only issue to date is having to walk from the carpark to the front entrance trying to control 2 toddlers near a road would be great if more nurseries accomodated this with bays for multiple families or use of the disabled bay from a safety point of view but again this is more my kids lol

I am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with your nursery, particularly in response to the challenges my child faced with sensory issues. It pains me to give such a negative review, but I believe it's crucial to express my concerns for the sake of other parents who may be considering your services. My child, who has sensory sensitivities, struggled during their time at kids allowed Buxton Road Stockport. It was disheartening to see that the staff lacked the necessary understanding and skills to handle such situations appropriately. Instead of providing the support and care my child needed, it seemed as though they were ill-equipped to address the unique challenges associated with sensory issues. Communication from the nursery was inconsistent at best. I often felt left in the dark about my child's experiences and well-being while in your care. There was a noticeable lack of transparency regarding any efforts or strategies being employed to help my child adapt and feel comfortable in the environment. Furthermore, attempts to discuss my concerns with the staff were met with defensiveness and a lack of empathy. I expected a more collaborative approach where the nursery would work with me to create an environment conducive to my child's needs. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and the overall experience left both my child and me feeling frustrated and unsupported. I strongly advise parents with children facing sensory challenges to carefully consider whether this Nursery is the right fit for their needs. It's crucial for a childcare facility to be equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to provide a positive and inclusive experience for all children. I sincerely hope that this takes this feedback seriously and works towards implementing improvements that ensure a more supportive environment for children with unique needs. Disappointed Parent,
