We had an extremely disappointing experience with Tiptoes Day Nursery in Hull. We were given an appointment to visit the nursery, but upon arrival, we were told we had the wrong date, even though we were certain it was correct. A staff member insisted we needed to book another tour before applying for a spot for our nearly two-year-old daughter, despite us already having done a tour. We were assured that booking the tour would reserve a spot for our daughter. When we attended the rescheduled tour date, we were unable to conduct the visit due to an inspection taking place. However, we were then informed that a tour was unnecessary and were given the necessary forms to complete our application and secure a place. We promptly filled out the forms and paid the deposit. Despite all this, we received an email stating there were no spaces available. This inconsistent and misleading information caused us significant inconvenience and wasted our time. The customer service was far below the expected standard, with clear and accurate communication being severely lacking. We will be filing a formal complaint due to this poor experience. We do not recommend using this nursery. We hope that parents considering enrolling their children here will take this review into account and do thorough research to ensure their children are in good hands.
