I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Claire in the preschool room at Kids Planet. She is absolutely fantastic in her role, bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and an extra level of understanding thanks to her studies in child psychology. This deeper insight is evident in the way she supports and nurtures the children, always providing thoughtful and individualised care. Claire has worked one-to-one with my child, offering encouragement and helping to build their confidence in various interests and activities. Her dedication, patience, and ability to connect with children make her an invaluable asset to Kids Planet. I’d also like to recognise Jo, another outstanding caregiver. She is kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing, creating a safe and happy environment where they can thrive.

This is a fantastic nursery! The staff are amazing and really care for the children, they are respectful of parents's wishes and work well with families. We moved here after a really unhappy experience with a childminder who said our baby was difficult. This nursery were wonderful with her, she progressed so well here - she is a wonderful chatterbox and really sociable. And she loved the nursery staff. The outside facilities are great and our daughter loved them. The only reason she has left is because we've moved area. Otherwise she'd be there until school. We would highly recommend this nursery!

My son attends here and I was very nervous about him switching nurseries however it was a great desicion. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and always have time for me and my son. The manager is very friendly and is never too busy to have a chat with you. I get updates throughout the day and my child is developing very well, i feel like the staff make every attempt to fully support my child and they know him very well.

The worst nursery ever!! My son attended this nursery for two years, he was not getting the right attention he needs he never developed much because they are so much too many kids.. They were basically just babysitting for him!! The nursery is always full of kids and short of staff, in pre-school they just lock the kids in one room and let them do what they want, the children’s toilet is always smelly and dirty. I regret taking my son to this nursery never again
