Both of my daughters have attended this nursery and I have had such a positive experience with both. The staff are all so lovely and I receive regular updates via their app, which is both reassuring and informative. The management team are also really helpful and approachable. I cannot recommend Kids Planet Worsley enough.

People seem quick to leave bad reviews without experiencing it here… My daughter has thrived here over the last year and a half. The staff are so lovely with her and she absolutely loves going there. The location is lovely and my girl loves looking at the neighbouring sheep. The rooms are modern and clean and perfectly set up for sensory needs. The food is varied and sounds tasty and I love seeing pics of what she’s up to on the app.

We really hoped this nursery will take care over our child so we called and arranged an introductory visit. Having been assured that there is availability early next year, we filled in the online forms in advance. Upon arrival, we were told our visit got cancelled and that there are no spaces left. This was not communicated to us earlier, and we spend two weeks waiting for the visit to happen, when we could in that time look for alternatives. We even called the nursery before turning up to ensure all is fine and as planned. If this is how this nursery handles parents, I am afraid to think what treatment do the children get!
