What parents say

Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection

Parents are highly complimentary of the warm welcome they and their children receive when they arrive at nursery.

They appreciate the crafts, pictures and creations their children bring home.

Parents feel the nursery supports their children's ability to do things by themselves, their good manners and a strong understanding of respectful behaviour towards others.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

Outdoor space

Children access two outdoor areas, including a wildlife garden. Although children are very keen to go outside and play, the outdoor areas are not as well developed as the indoor provision to support children who prefer to learn outside.

Tried to make an appointment to visit the nursery as we wanted our child to start in early 2026, the member of staff that i spoke to was very rude and denied an appointment and I was told it was "too soon to visit and there's no point incase they don't have spaces for us" and advised to wait until we're ready to send our child to nursery before enquiring about a place. This makes absolutely no sense to me as how are you meant to secure a space in the first place if we can't put our names down for the future? It's common knowledge to enquire about nursery spaces as soon as possible especially for babies as spaces quickly run out, so i can't understand the rationale behind this. Eventually they ended the call quickly by saying they have no spaces for us and hung up on me. It's quite a shame given their other 5 star reviews I was hoping for much better service. If I could leave 0 I would, please avoid at all costs. They also don't respond to any emails so don't bother submitting an email l/application form. Genuinely lost for words at the customer service.

We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our child receives at Kids R Kids. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff are not only professional but genuinely caring, making sure each child feels safe, loved, and engaged. Communication is excellent, whether it’s daily updates or addressing any concerns, the team at Kids R Kids always makes us feel informed and involved. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, supportive, and enriching place for their child to grow and thrive.

My daughter goes to this nursery more than one year i am so happy. She also happy to go 7 Days. But she got only 15 hours. Staff is very kindly with lots of care. Very safety place. When I dropped my daughter I feel they look after more than me. Manager also very kind and I can get flexible hours. I never get any issues. I highly recommend this place anyone dropped your children in safe and care place.

We have our daughter at the nursery for mostly a year and we are very happy with it. They are also flexible to cope with my irregular schedule (due to work), so it's less stressful for us to arrange the childcare. Thanks Eunice and her team.
