About this day nursery

Kidsaloud Daycare Nursery Ltd, established in 2009, provides childcare for children aged 0-4 years. 30am to 6pm, the nursery creates a calming and welcoming environment where children are happy and relaxed, as noted in its latest Ofsted report, which rated it as "Good" in February 2023.

Staff foster warm and trusting relationships with children, ensuring they feel safe and secure. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, with staff linking children's interests to learning objectives.

For instance, toddlers learn body parts through action rhymes, while older children develop independence by cutting fruit for snack time. The nursery supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) effectively; a knowledgeable SEND coordinator collaborates with the local authority to provide additional support, and children receive one-to-one assistance from their key person to integrate into activities.

The culturally diverse staff are proficient in various languages, which aids in supporting children and families with English as an additional language, helping children learn English quickly through translation and visual aids. This approach also helps children learn about different cultures through celebrations.

Although older children have daily access to a small, well-resourced outdoor area and visit local open spaces, babies do not consistently experience the same range of outdoor activities, affecting their exploration of the natural environment. However, the nursery maintains a bright, well-resourced, and spacious indoor environment where children are fully engaged in their play.

The provision includes plenty of language exposure, story times, and singing, which contribute to children swiftly developing their language skills. Parents consistently praise the staff as kind, attentive, helpful, and professional, and note the good progress their children make.

We’ve had one daughter go through kids aloud and one currently there. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The staff are brilliant and our kids loved it / love it and have thrived being there. Highly recommend.

My child has been at this nursery since he was 10 months old. He has been treated very well. He has learned a lot and loves it very much. He can't wait to go to the nursery to see his friends. The staff is very kind and helpful when needed. Thank you very much.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this nursery. My son has been going for just over a month and yesterday it really hit home how much they truly care about him. My son happens to have special needs and Kids Aloud go out of their way to ensure the entire experience is inclusive. The manager is also the SEN officer and is passionate about early intervention and as such has been proactive in setting up systems including an Early Years Support Plan and Education Health and Care Plan to support my son. This kind of personal touch is rare to find. I’m in a rare position where my son often smiles when he enters but cries as he leaves - that’s how much he likes it! I also love their flexibility, you can do full time (7.30-6pm) or part time (9.30 - 3pm). This really works both financially and around school times. Thumbs up all round. Huge thanks to the entire team.

I just wanted to put a post out there because when I have researched for nurseries in the Leyton area there was not much help from the reviews which were posted on the internet. My son is in Kids Aloud nursery for 2 months (full-time) now and he loves it. The staffs are very caring, friendly and very attentive. Seeing my son having a great time in nursery and that the staffs are so caring around him, puts me and my husband very much at ease. They recently have changed management and the manager there is great! I would definitely recommend the nursery to every parent who are in the neighbourhood. Also very convenient to get to from/to the station if you have a long commute to work.
