Bad nursery. Lack of experience from staff, they recruit young people with no experience so they can pay little. Some of the workers are really nice however management is very very poor. My daughter went here and I changed her within 2months

My daughter has been attending Nappy Gang for a few months now and the difference in her has been incredible. Her behavior has been transformed from a boisterous 20 month old to a calm and content child. Her vocabulary has increased and her creative skills have grown. The food is excellent she eats all her meals every day and is feed healthy and nutritious foods. The staff are the most caring and experienced in all areas, I feel completely comfortable leaving my child in their care. The setting is very safe and secure all the staff are extremely careful and follow a strict collection procedure. The baby days app is available at this nursery its an amazing app as I can check updates on my child`s learning, food, nappy changes and daily routine. When my child has been unwell they have been very caring and informative at keeping me updated with the situation. The nursery also provides excellent educational outings and social events which my child thoroughly enjoys. I couldn't recommend this nursery any higher as I`m thoroughly satisfied and would like all parents to be able to feel this way with regards to the nursery they choose for their child.

Not for your children. this place is so bad for many reasons such food quality is so bad, they even give sweets, crisps, to kids without asking the parents. Management is horrible luck of experience . all paper works are in mess. if you leave you toys or cloths you will not find it next day. Sometimes they don't take kids outside even on sunny days. They increase fees just before you leaving them to go to school reception because they know you will not change nursery for 2-3 months as it you have to take your child through settling period again. this place its all about making money and management don't really care about healthy and happy environment for your kids. STAY AWAY

I agree with the recent feedback i read , this nursery is very bad and it not for your child. management is not even a management just someone who knows how to speak to parents and reply to all complains they receive but not very helpful in any way. very disappointed with them and upset that chosen this place. stuff is good and friendly but management is a disaster

Stay away way overpriced overcrowded and huge rotation of staff plus very bad management. We took a long time to find a good local nursery and finally chose this one ( when it was in old building) as soon as they moved just became money making machine with too many kids not enough staff kids often coming out dirty or with nappy rash. Its family run place so there is no accountability and the manager doesn’t seem to treat staff very well. She allows herself to treat people like she wants which is hugely concerning as they work with vulnerable kids. Huge rotation of very young staff staff with not much confidence and maturity, direction to handle the little ones safely which is bad for such little babies and kids. It’s also overpriced and bear in mind with ur free 30hrs u still paying for full time and a lot! Our child never settled in there so we finally took them out and moved to a local childminder. Is now much calmer and settled absolutely fine in the other place plus we hardly paying anything for it. We really regret we didn’t tak them out earlier.
