This nursery charges for standard hours in specific morning, midday, and afternoon sessions. Extended hours are available via breakfast, after-school, and holiday clubs. Early years funding is accepted during term time.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Additional funding is used effectively to target ways to meet children's individual learning needs. For example, staff observed that sometimes children need a quiet space, so funding was used to equip this. Children use the calm room to engage in sensory experiences, which help them regulate their emotions. The special educational needs coordinator works closely with other professionals. The well-informed assessment and planning helps children with special educational needs and/or disabilities in particular, to make the best progress they can.

Outdoor space

Staff take all children out on walks and trips, to parks and farms. This helps to expand children's knowledge about the world around them. Younger children are taught how to put on their coats, and children all happily shout 'walk' in chorus when asked how they go outside.

An absolutely brilliant centre for nursery, pre-school and after school. You will not go wrong by putting your kids into Kids Count. The staff are very friendly, attentive and open to talking about anything to do with your kids - no problem is too much. I can highly recommend this centre, both my kids go here and they love it. What more can I say??
