What it's like
When children arrive at the nursery, they eagerly press the buzzer and await to be welcomed by staff. Staff show they care about each child individually, taking time to chat with parents at drop-off which helps children separate confidently. Staff encourage children to choose activities from planned environments.
Fees are billed monthly based on the number of days attended per week, with separate structures for funded and non-funded places. Age bands cover 0-3 years, under 3s, over 3s, and 9 months to 5 years. Additional monthly consumables charges apply for food, non-food resources, and activities.

Parents speak highly of the nursery and say their children are happy to attend.
Parents add that because staff show genuine care and create each child a personal experience, their children warm to staff and settle quickly.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming.. my child is always excited to go to the nursery and I have noticed she's become more confident since she joined the nursery.
Read on GoogleMy son joined Alphabet House 18months ago and the journey he's been on has been amazing. When he joined he was significantly delayed in his speech, after just a few months he was reaching speech targets for his age. My incredibly fussy eater started trying new food ( Tracey's cooking is amazing!) and his inquisitive nature only grew. I can't thank each and every single one of these ladies enough, especially the preschool for preparing my son to move up to school. They've been like a second family for my son and should I ever have more children I will back here in a heartbeat
