My 15-month-old started at Kindred Nursery Hanwell in October 2025, and the transformation has been amazing. He began quite upset, but thanks to the incredibly caring staff, he has now built strong attachments with his key worker and other team members. He goes in smiling, plays independently, and his confidence has grown so much. The staff are all friendly, supportive, and truly make you feel at ease as a parent. The daily updates are brilliant and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s development and routine. We’ve also been so impressed with how they tailor activities around what he’s confident with at home, which really helped him settle. As first-time parents, we were very apprehensive, but the team made us feel completely supported. We’re so happy with our choice and would highly recommend Kindred Hanwell.

I feel completely safe knowing my son is well looked after at Kindred. He has been attending since he was 10 months old, and the nursery made extra effort to understand his routine to create a home-from-home experience. The staff are kind and loving, and this shows in my son’s happiness and development. The app is a great feature as you can keep track of your child’s day, and it was especially appreciated in the first few weeks as an anxious mum. I like that parents are frequently asked to be involved in the nursery journey, from submitting photos from home to being invited for tea parties. Many thanks, from Ezra’s mum.

My baby spent a few months at this nursery. She often came home with visibly dirty clothes and hands, likely from playing in soil rather than clean sand, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. During that time, she experienced an unusually high rate of diarrhea, which may be explained by these conditions. I also felt very disconnected from her care—whenever I called to check on her, the staff were abrupt and provided little information, wanting to end the call as they are understandably busy. I withdrew my child shortly after enrolling, and they are now thriving in an excellent nursery.

My two children have been attending Kindred Hanwell since they were 10 months and 9 months. My Son is now 2 and a half and he has thrived ever since he started. His speech and development has come on leaps and bounds and he is always so happy to come home and talk about the exciting things he has done that day. My daughter has just turned one and her physical development has improved drastically since she started, she loves the staff so much and doesn’t want to come home at the end of the day! The food is made fresh daily by the chef and the outdoor area is amazing!

I am a parent at the Hanwell kindred nursery and I have my 2 and 3 year old that attend the nursery 3 days a week. Both my children have progressed in their development so much since attending the nursery. The staff are all so lovely and friendly and they get to know your children on a personal basis. This has made me feel happy to bring my boys to Kindred.
