We cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional experience our daughter has had at nursery over the years. From the moment she walked through the doors, it was clear that this was a place where she would thrive and enjoy every moment. The staff at the nursery have been absolutely amazing. Their dedication, care, and professionalism have been truly outstanding. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that our daughter felt loved, supported, and nurtured in every aspect of her development. They have been attentive, patient, and understanding, making sure that nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The setting of the nursery is truly remarkable. It provides a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn, play, and grow. The facilities are well-maintained, and the range of activities and resources available is impressive. It's a place where our daughter has been able to explore her interests, unleash her creativity, and develop important skills. One of the most special aspects of the nursery is the sense of family. The staff have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes both children and parents feel like part of a close-knit community. It's evident that they genuinely care about each child's happiness and well-being, fostering a sense of belonging and support. Overall, we are immensely grateful for the excellent time our daughter has had at nursery. It has been a joy to see her grow, learn, and flourish in such a nurturing environment. My daughter has only been with Kindred Salisbury for just over a week. She's 10 months old and my first child, so I have felt incredibly anxious but with the times as they are, I don't have much choice but to go back to work. She seems to have settled in so well already. Of course, there have been a few tears as to be expected, but she's not scared to be handed over and even reaches out to a couple of the members of staff who she recognises. The team have been so patient with all of my many questions and seem to be quite flexible in their approach to fit the child and their family's ways. I love that you can message the room on their app and get a quick response about how they are doing/arrange pick up, etc. At pick up, the staff give you a little run day about their day, which feels personalised to the child. One of my main concerns was her food intolerances and how they would handle this at the nursery. She has CMPA and an egg allergy. One of the managers, Sandra, was kind enough to send me the list of ingredients for the meals she had in the first week. It's so reassuring to know that the meals come sealed with the child's name on, so there is little chance for my daughter to eat something she shouldn't have. While I still feel anxious and sad about leaving her, I do feel that she is in good hands. In terms of the nursery itself, I like that there isn't much in the way of plastic and noisy toys. They seem to focus on interactive play and child focused play. They know how to reassure an unhappy baby, by singing and looking out of the window, etc. There is a little outside area for the baby room - all you really need for little people! They have a tuff tray and outdoor play things. I'm only giving 4 stars as she hasn't been there very long, but I'm confident that we'll both continue to be happy with the Kindred Salisbury team :)

I cannot discuss at this stage the reference procedure this Nursery has decided to take against a very vulnerable ex-member of staff with no support or empathy!!
