Pros: The garden is spacious and well maintained. Some of the rooms are clean and presentable. Several permanent members of staff are pleasant and polite with positive attitudes. Cons: There is a heavy reliance on agency staff, some of whom have limited English, which makes receiving clear updates challenging. The Family App is not updated regularly, and I often had to request for updates. The hygiene levels in the room 'Readiness Road' needed attention and more toys and activities. This room looks like a care home. Some staff members appear to lack energy and enthusiasm. Not all religious celebrations are recognised. Although I informed the management about my own religious celebrations, my daughter was in the minority and this special day was not celebrated. It was forgotten. I was disappointed. When I raised a concern at the beginning, their response felt defensive rather than supportive. This nursery could be so much better. The standard is dropping.

We are so happy with Kindred Wanstead. Our son has been attending since 6 months old and he absolutely loves it. He gets excited every morning when we arrive and is always playing happily when we pick him up. The kindred team supported us through many milestones - sitting up, weaning and crawling. It feels like our son has an extra set of parents, their support has been incredible! We are kept up to date on his day through the app and the team are great at communicating with us if there are any issues or important updates. We have gotten to know all of the staff really well and they genuinely care for our son. I would 10/10 recommend this setting for your little one.

Kindred Wanstead is a fantastic nursery that truly prioritizes children's learning, well-being, and development. Their dynamic, engaging, and forward-thinking curriculum fosters curiosity and growth, ensuring every child thrives. The nursery is incredibly inclusive, catering to all children's needs with care and attention. Our daughter has been attending Kindred since she was just nine months old, and she absolutely loves it. The staff have played a vital role in her development, providing regular updates, hosting open days, and organizing interactive activities that keep the children engaged and excited to learn. The team is open, honest, and transparent, creating a warm and supportive environment for both children and parents. The food is also exceptional, offering a variety of world cuisines while carefully considering dietary requirements. We couldn’t be happier with the care and education our daughter receives at Kindred – it’s truly a wonderful place

The most wonderful nursery! Our little boy has developed and learnt so much there. He absolutely loves going to nursery. They love and care for the children so well. He blows them kisses goodbye at pick up. I completely trust them and appreciate all their hard work. I could go on and on. The main thing I’ll say is that I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kindred. Very professional, warm and friendly, excellent care. You won’t regret sending your children to them. We love it there and think all the staff are fantastic. Thank you!

Kindred Nursery Wanstead have been fantastic. The staff took the time to help my daughter settle in and went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible. The daily updates of how she is getting on is always good to see when I am away from her at work. They really do take care of each child’s individual needs. All the staff and management team go the extra mile to support you and couldn’t do more for you. They truly care and are passionate about their jobs, looking after mainly the children but also looking out for us parents too - thank you so much!
