Inclusion & environment
Staff form effective working partnerships with other professionals to ensure all children's individual needs are met. They support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) with advice from agencies, which is sought in a timely manner.
Staff encourage creative and adventurous learners and promote children's physical activity. They plan the outdoors to stimulate children's interest in caring for the environment, such as watering flowers they have planted, and children develop large muscles running around pretending to be pirates.
