My daughter was at this The Ladybird Montessori Nursery for just over a year and I can honestly say, sending her to this particular nursery was one of the best decisions we made. I always knew I wanted to send her to a Montessori Nursery as I had read up on this style of up bringing and we practise a lot of it at home. At a glance, it’s not the newest or biggest nursery. However it’s the Staff who truly make this place magical for kids especially; Laura, Dianne, Hannah and Helen. The nursery supported me with a few of the things I found difficult at home, including brushing teeth and potty training. They dedicated a whole week for the kids to learn about brushing our teeth and followed the same potty training routine I had set at home. As my daughter only went in for 1/2 days, if ever I needed to put her in for the full day, the nursery would accommodate me in any way possible. The staff would always update the Blossom app with updates throughout the day as well as beautiful photos of my girl having fun which was really reassuring. In a nutshell, I believe this is a fantastic nursery! Thank you again to the whole team! X

I have been very lucky to find this nursery for my daughter. It is a very safe and clean setting with spaces and materials which favour a Montessori approach. My daughter settled in nicely thanks to the hard working and caring staff and she has always gone to nursery with a smile. I would like to mention that we had some issues with government funding and the manager always provided guidance and support. Lastly, I really appreciate the fact that they listen to parents' feedback and suggestions.

Ladybird Montessori in Sutton Coldfield holds a special place in our hearts. It was the first nursery my child attended, and we had such a positive experience there. The team were incredibly warm, nurturing, and supportive - creating a space where my child felt safe, happy, and excited to learn every day. The Montessori principles are reflected so well in their approach, encouraging independence and kindness from a young age. The environment is peaceful, beautifully arranged, and full of thoughtful activities that truly engage the children. Even after we moved to Edgbaston and transitioned to another Ladybird nursery, I still think fondly of our time in Sutton Coldfield. It set such a strong foundation for my child’s confidence and curiosity. We’re very grateful for the care and dedication the staff showed us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other parents in the area.

I visited a number of nursery’s and by far this is the best one. The staff are lovely yet very professional. Melissa the manager completely put me at ease. We have our lovely key worker Andi she is the most sweet person I could ask for to take care of my son. So glad I found this place.

Lovely friendly nursery. My little boy has been attending for 6 months and is always happy to go in. The small group size is lovely - all of the staff know him and us as parents. The range of activities is great - he really enjoys singing and signing ( not sure of the official name!) and cooking with the staff. The app is very useful for keeping up to date on what he is eating and his naps, and staff are very quick to respond to any queries.
