Inclusion & environment
At the heart of this pre-school's success is the inclusive culture which is embedded throughout, ensuring every child is listened to and supported. This is highlighted through the positive relationships children have with the staff.
Children have free access to a well-resourced outdoor area where they are growing different plants. Children pick strawberries and pea pods to eat when they are ripe; they discuss how they know they are ready. Children benefit from plenty of fresh air and exercise through regular outdoor play.
My daughter went to leaps and bounds when she was younger and absolutely loved it. Now I'm son goes and he loves it too! The staff genuinely care about each child and they are eager to bring them out of their shells. Luca struggled with separation anxiety and they really made us feel fine at ease and gave Luca lots of reassurance and cuddles he now loves going in. Lucas confidence has really come on since starting and he is a little chatter box telling us all about his day.
Read on GoogleI can't recommend them enough if you need a term time only preschool. Such lovely, dedicated and experienced staff. My son has loved his time here! He's developed lovely friendships with the other children and always comes home telling me stories of his adventures at preschool. Because of where the village hall is there are loads of extra activities like the "welly walks" visiting allotments, looking at horses in near by fields etc. As well as getting involved with events happening in the village hall, or organising their own parties. Couldn't be more ideal in my opinion!
