The nursery, rated as 'Good' by Ofsted following its inspection on 27/09/2022, fosters a sense of curiosity and motivates children to learn through exploration. Babies, for instance, enjoy painting activities and develop their physical skills by crawling and practising walking in the garden, while older children concentrate on tasks like cleaning model teeth and enjoy the 'daily mile', confidently counting their laps.

Children are encouraged to understand where their food comes from by growing herbs and vegetables, and they learn self-care skills such as putting on aprons and washing hands. The curriculum is broad and varied, designed around children's interests, ensuring they are well-prepared for school with acquired knowledge and skills in numeracy and literacy.

Staff work closely with professionals to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, ensuring their learning is well supported. Parents are kept well-informed about their child's progress and receive guidance on how to support learning at home.

Children also learn healthy habits through nutritious meals and snacks and understand the importance of physical activities.
