We have our oldest attending Ramillies Nursery (from 2020-2023) and now have just started our second there as well. Our child has transitioned from Babies, to Toddlers, and now into the Early Years room. We’ve always enjoyed the staff our child has worked with and he’s really connected with his key workers and others. Ramillies staff have always been responsive and respectful to our requests and suggestions. There have been times we’ve given feedback and it’s been well received by the team. They’ve also fed important information back to us and have worked to help us with different parenting things as well. We’ve felt our child has been supported, encouraged, and engaged throughout his time there. They’ve helped us with scheduling requests, special accommodations, and even used reusable nappies for us for ages!

An amazing nursery in a beautiful setting! We have been using Ramillies since 2016 with all 3 of our children! Never a hesitation of where our babies would go! Our youngest recently made a seamless transition into toddlers from babies! Staff are incredible and my children have often had the same key workers! The continuity of care is fantastic! All staff have this amazing ability of knowing our boy inside and out! We get regular daily updates & photos through the Famly app and the weekly newsletter keeps us up to date! Handovers at the end of the day are personal and informative! Although there have been changes to staffing and settings, these have always been made with ease and with great communication! The facilities and grounds are great! What an amazing setting for our boy to grow & develop! Ramillies have always gone out of their way to accommodate our family and I am extremely happy with everything they do for us xxx

Ramillies is an excellent nursery. We had two kids across the different departments. The nursery staff genuinely care for them and were clearly happy to see them, and sad to see someone go. The communication is strong. Any issues at home or nursery have been discussed professionally but also with a human touch. The leadership are knowledgable and have been flexible which has been invaluable. They are committed to safety, healthiness and the emotional and social development of the children. The commitment to outdoor play and exploration in a stunning setting is the icing on the cake.

Our daughter currently attends Ramillies Hall Nursery and she is absolutely thriving, thanks to the kind, caring, nurturing and dedicated team of staff. The Nursery is set in beautiful surroundings which the children are lucky enough to regularly enjoy. The children spend hours outside playing, engaging in planned activities and heading off on welly walks through the grounds and fields. Communication is also spot on, if you have any concerns on drop off, the staff happily keep you updated throughout the day. You are also regularly updated with your child’s progress, including meetings and written reports and most importantly the feedback you receive, certainly in our case, highlights how well the staff know your child. Overall our daughter is happy, she loves Nursery and the staff who care for her. We couldn’t recommend Ramillies highly enough!

As a first time parent I was obviously worried about sending my child to nursery, but this transition was made easy from the understanding nature that the staff at the nursery have. The baby sign language they teach is both helpful and adorable when your baby uses it with you at home. Every day you have updates and pictures, and I especially enjoyed the videos. Key workers are always ready to greet you at the door and you never have to wait around, which is great when time pressured getting to work. I have also been taught new nursery rhymes from my child singing them at home, and each week the nursery staff have a different theme for the kids to keep it interesting. They also go on nature walks and the facilities available are fantastic. Location is brilliant, where you can only hear birds and occasional plane on your way in, as no main roads are located near the site. My kid also had some minor food allergies, where the staff have been very supportive and keep me regularly updated with anything they deem could be helpful when constantly monitoring your child. There are some regular staff changes, but I would say that these are well expected for the UK nursery industry and there is a good core staff that have been with ramillies for a long time, which is reassuring. I couldn't recommend the team highly enough and wouldn't have sent my child here if I was not 100% confident in there safety and development at the nursery.
