Little Clovers Nursery (LCN) offers a nurturing environment focused on comprehensive child development, aiming to foster intellectual, physical, moral, and social responsibility. Situated on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, the nursery prides itself on academic excellence and a magnificent setting.
LCN organises children into age-appropriate rooms: Daisy Room for 0-24 months, Buttercup Room for 24-36 months, and Lily Room for 36-59 months. Each room is led by a dedicated leader who, in collaboration with key workers, curates unique learning experiences and monitors development closely, bringing in specialists if needed.
The curriculum across all rooms prioritises communication and language within a language-rich environment, promoting learning through play inspired by children's interests. The nursery aims to help children become confident, independent learners, ready for school with well-developed life skills, strong communication abilities, and a love for learning.
Safety, education, development, and engaging activities are the four key areas shaping a child's journey at LCN, with a commitment to low staff-to-child ratios for personalised care.

Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are well supported. Staff work closely with a range of professionals to ensure children have appropriate support in place. Leaders ensure that additional funding the setting receives is used to meet individual needs and enhance outcomes for children effectively.
Children have access to a large outside space. Staff do not yet plan and organise the outdoor curriculum as well as they do indoors, so the area is not stimulating enough. Nevertheless, children enjoy their time outside, using bicycles and running around to support their physical development.
I am a university student and whilst being on my 2 week placement at the nursery I have had the most fun. All the staff are amazing and we're so welcoming on my first day. They were wonderful to work with and helped me with anything I may have needed. The nursery rooms are all amazing. I wish them all well for the future and thank you for a great placement!

Read on GoogleAmazing nursery and staff, always go the extra mile. My little girl started at 6 months and is thriving already. Really friendly staff and so much support, put my mind at ease returning back to work :)
Read on GoogleI have had one child go through Little Clovers and graduate and now have my younger child there too. Throughout our time as a family with Little Clovers, it is evident that the staff and management are truly committed to the total development of each child. They are always seeking to improve their offering; are good at taking on feedback and acting on it. My daughter, now in Year 1 at school, is thriving as a result of her solid foundation from Little Clovers. My younger one is so advanced that new staff are really impressed given his age - that’s the Little Clovers difference!
Read on GoogleMy 7 year old niece attends the school holiday club, and she loves it. They do lots of fun activities, and go on little trips too. When asked what she wants to do in the school holidays, she always says Little Clovers.
