Little Gems Nursery, part of Maryvale Nurseries, offers a child-centred curriculum for children from birth to five years old, operating out of Ravenscroft School in Kirkby. The nursery is committed to providing essential learning and development experiences based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

They aim to make children feel at home, relaxed, and ready to learn through play. Each child is valued as an individual and assigned a dedicated key carer, ensuring personalised learning experiences and supporting their emotional well-being.

The nursery boasts dedicated rooms for various age groups and a large outdoor space for daily exploration. Little Gems is open 51 weeks a year, closing only between Christmas and New Year, offering flexibility to parents.

The nursery also employs a dedicated cook, Uncle John, who prepares delicious meals for the children. They emphasise strong partnerships with parents and carers, encouraging them to stay and help their child settle in if needed.

The staff, all highly qualified and friendly, are focused on implementing the EYFS framework.
