At times, staff do not tailor support to children's individual needs, such as when children struggle with measuring using bigger numbers or using scissors. Staff do not consistently consider more meaningful ways to support children's individual learning needs.
Outdoor space
Children clearly enjoy exploring the outdoor learning environment, laughing with their friends as they play. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact this was having on children's learning.

Love this preschool. My first son started here three and a half years ago, my second nearly two years and my third son starts next month. I looked a five preschool before this one and although it’s a drive from my house it’s worth it. Previous manager sold this establishment to me with her motherly love and kindness that was apparent and the great morale she had with staff, when she left I held my breath and I can honestly say I needn’t have worried, the new manager who happens to also be the owner is amazing and genuinely puts the children first. You can see the outcome of her hard work. The assistant manager is outstanding her warmth and affection to the children is plain to see and she often has a group of children around her if not in her arms, she is the reason I can drop my children and know that they won’t even notice I’ve gone (or at least not mind!) Parents are well informed, Arts and crafts, food, woodland collections ect come home on regular basis all this takes time and effort and are lots of fun for the children. There are lots of activities organised, sports days, parties, even a Christmas show with 2 & 3 year olds performing, this is dedication! There has been a recent change in staff but they have just added to the fabulous long-standing ones! We have had the same excellent key worker for three and a half year so far, how many places can boast this! This is a place to be proud. Thank you little Gems I, as well as my three boys, really appreciate you!
