First childcare provider for our daughter. Really great experience. We both love the staff, very dedicated people. I particularly like the diary with what she's doing throughout the day, and especially the pictures. Good communication, always great at delivering feedback. I do feel like they continue the work that we as parents are doing it at home. They are very supportive with the child's needs, and encourage them to develop and get a bit of independence. I truly hope they will keep the good work for the next generations of children. It's been an amazing journey for us. Thank you Little Hands!

I am so happy with the care Little Hands provide to my daughter. She is 2 and I moved from another nursery that I wasn’t fully happy with last December which at the time felt like quite a scary thing, especially as she had been at her previous nursery since 9 months old. I needn’t have worried, the team at Little Hands Bromsgrove have been amazing and made the transition so easy. Even lately, she has been going through a bit of separation anxiety at drop offs some mornings, the team have been absolutely fantastic - not only with her but also me! They have reassured me and kept me up to date throughout the day so I know she is absolutely fine and happy, so much so that on a couple of occasions when either myself or her Nan have picked her up she has said she wants to stay at nursery! I honestly wouldn’t dream of sending her anywhere else.

Our son has had a lovely time at the Bromsgrove branch. He always comes home content and happy. Their communication is great and I love having the reassurance and photos on the parent app. The children always have lots to do and activity’s planned. All of the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Suddenly my son’s nursery closed and his sister had gone there and even the nursery nurses had looked after my other half . I was so stuck and scared trying to look for another nursery, I had viewed a few which I just didn’t like. Little hands had just opened a nursery in bromsgrove and I booked a viewing and immediately knew it was the place to send my little boy . From his first settle he ran in and smiled and waved bye , he loves it so much and the staff are so helpful welcoming and the whole ethos of the nursery is just so lovely , I feel so lucky he is so loved and has come on and grew amazingly , thankyou to you all !
