About this day nursery

Little Hearts Day Nursery aims to provide a nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive. They believe that selecting the right nursery is a significant decision for families and strive to make the process easier by offering two locations: Shipley and Daisy Hill.

The day nursery places importance on open communication with parents, utilising a dedicated app called ParentZone to share updates on children's activities, milestones, and achievements. They also encourage parents to trust their instincts when choosing a nursery, recognising that parental intuition is key.

Little Hearts Nurseries are committed to maintaining high standards, actively seeking feedback from parents through regular surveys and striving for outstanding Ofsted ratings across all their settings. They support children's learning and development through play and exploration, regularly enhancing their indoor and outdoor spaces to reflect children's interests and developmental needs.

The nursery also recognises the importance of outdoor opportunities and ensures children have daily chances to engage with nature. Little Hearts is dedicated to supporting families with childcare costs by encouraging the use of available funded hours and providing guidance on eligibility.

They emphasise the benefits of funded childcare in helping children feel secure, build social skills, develop independence, and prepare for primary school, all guided by experienced staff and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
