My daughter attended the nursery for a few years. The nursery setting was a lovely homely feel which is why I fell in love with it. Location was great, security and lovely animals in the garden which my daughter loved! From the chickens to the rabbitt! Kerrie the manager and Katie were amazing with my daughter from the get go, her confidence grew over time and learned and formed relationships whilst there. I would highly recommend this setting. All the staff are lovely, caring and informative. As well as keeping us up to date on a regular basis with regards to there needs. Transitioning process to school reception was also smooth and supportive. Great place. X

I cannot recommend Kerrie & her team enough. My son started at the setting in February, not long after turning 2. Kerrie was there every morning to greet him until he was settled, he has since come out every day with a smile on his face & his development & social skills since starting are exceptional. I tried to get my daughter in to Little hedgehogs a few years ago but Kerrie was full to capacity so I felt very lucky to get a space when I did. Lots of outdoor activities & animals the children can interact with. Very highly recommended.

Having grown up with countless childminders, I wanted to place my son into the care of someone who puts my child before business - Kerrie and her dedicated team provide just this! My son is thriving in a creative and intellectually stimulating environment where he feels part of a kind, caring and compassionate family. Sometimes as a working parent we can feel incredibly guilty when leaving our children with someone else but I am content with the knowledge that Kerrie and her team provide my son with incredible care and comfort.

5 stars isn't enough to express my high opinion of little hedgehogs!!! We were nervous about finding the right place for our daughter who has a heart condition and we couldn't have found a better place.
Kerrie (the owner) and her staff are absolutely wonderful. They nurture the children and clearly love them as if they were their own. The environment is perfect, designed solely for the children (hedgehogs) to get a learning experience from every room whilst playing. They know every child who attends, they care about their likes and dislikes, their strengths and their concerns and they use this knowledge to deliver a tailored, holistic approach to their learning and care.
We will have lost part of our family when our daughter moves on from there to big school but I know that she has had the best start to school and the rest of her life because of her time there.
Even in these current challenging Covid-19 times Kerrie has worked hard to deliver herself to her hedgehogs over virtual methods and still brings the same level of fun, positivity and opportunity's to learn through play.
If you're looking for a 2nd home for your child, surrounded by nurturing adults who will always support you and your child with the transition from home to childcare/school, then you have absolutely come to the right place.

We are so happy with our childcare choice. Our little one started shortly after her 1st birthday which felt daunting as a parent but she has loved going in every single day since she started which has made us feel very happy and relaxed in sending her. Kerrie and all the staff at LHH are fantastic. Nursery days are everybody's favorite days of the week!
