Our ethos

Children’s interests are ignited and we journey alongside them in wonderment, through each and every child’s eyes we discover something new, every child is Incredible. We promote family values with children learning from each other in small age ratio groups, encouraging mutual learning in mixed age groups for meal times and sessions. Each child is valued for their uniqueness, we promote anti-racism and resilience; a mutual respect between children and key workers is grown through caring, positive relationships. We firmly believe that physical activity and being close to nature promote health and well being. Ensuring that children play outside and have opportunity to express themselves through movement, whatever the weather, and instilling in them a respectful appreciation of our environment and the natural world underpins our ethos and can be seen through all areas of learning at Little Incredibles.

What it's like

Children are happy and eager to explore in this warm and inclusive environment, forming secure attachments with staff. They enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor experiences, with staff planning activities based on children's interests to build their learning and understanding. Children behave well, learning to share and take turns, and consistently receive praise for their kindness and positive role modelling from staff.
