What parents say

Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection

Parents comment on the support staff give them, especially their engagement with other agencies.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities very well. They use funding effectively to provide additional support and work very well with a range of professionals, such as speech and language therapists. They act on advice and incorporate specific strategies into their planning to help children to make good progress.

Outdoor space

Staff plan environments that encourage children to be physically active. Babies confidently kick footballs around the garden, climb up age-appropriate slides, and older children show great confidence in their physical skills as they pedal trikes around the garden and balance on wooden beams. Children freely practise filling and pouring water in the garden.

Little Kings and Queens is in our opinion the best nursery around. We drive out of our way for our little boy to attend this nursery. The facilities are second to none and our little boy has thrived from his days in nurseries, he is academically advanced for his age and we believe this to be through all he has been taught and learnt at nursery. The staff are absolutely brilliant and we feel at ease leaving our son in their care whilst we have to go to work. Our son has a brilliant bond with the nursery staff. The owner of the nursery is lovely as are all the staff, they are so accommodating to every child’s need and all encourage a a happy positive atmosphere for the children. The nursery facilities are spotless there is always at least one member of staff cleaning on each floor and our little boy is certainly well fed and loves his grub! We have noticed he has been more adventurous with his food since starting nursery. Lastly we would just like to thank all the staff at little kings and queens for all the do for the both the children and the parents x
