Inclusion & environment
Staff work closely with families of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). They monitor children's progress closely and make referrals to agencies and professionals to give children the extra support they need. They put in place achievable targets for children to work towards. Therefore, children make good progress. Parents who have children with SEND comment on the positive impact the setting has had on their children.
Children have daily opportunities for fresh air and exercise. Staff support children's physical development well. Children develop their large muscles as they learn to safely climb and use slides.
First of all, I want to take a moment to personally express my deepest gratitude to the Team who is taking care of our daughter. From the beginning , our daughter has been blooming in her personality and attitude at the Little Larks Crèche. My wife and I have immediately noticed a difference before our previous nursery and the Little Larks. The all Team, Mrs. D., Ms. E., Ms. C., Ms. A., Ms K. (forgive me if I forgot someone) have been outstanding and genuinely attentive to our child needs. The Team is approachable with always a positive attitude to listen and actively promotes equality & diversity to support our child growth and confidence. Whoever is the Carer, she is very proactive in seeking out different styles and methods of communication to foster trust and respect with our parenting.
