How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities well. Close links have been established with other agencies who support parents and staff to ensure a consistent approach is offered. Staff understand the individual needs of children, they are patient and kind.

Outdoor space

Older children are inquisitive as they explore loose parts and experiment with the outdoor musical instruments. They use their imagination to spontaneously initiate a game with their friends, pretending to be "buzzing bumble bees" and moving their bodies creatively. All children benefit from regular outdoor play, with babies confidently pushing wheeled toys and older children riding bikes with skill and balancing on tires.

My little one started at 18months, we were well supported by the very friendly staff members. I had a lot of anxiety about sending my daughter out but the friendly staff members and the quick settling in allayed my anxiety. So far, I can’t complain. Baby seems happy to come to the nursery. I believe she is well cared for. There is good communication too. May God bless them for me.

Our daughter has been at Little Learners since 11 months old, now she's nearly 3 and we recently moved out of the area, so it was very sad for us to say goodbye! She made lots of friends and learnt so much. Her development was fantastic to see and the staff were amazing. She loved all the 'teachers' but would always come home talking about Sarah & Maureen when she was in the baby room and Pekahiah when she moved up to the 2's room.

Our son has been at Little Learners since 1 year old, all the way up until start school. He’s enjoyed every stage of Nursery from baby room until the end. Making ‘best friends’ along the way. He’s loved the ‘teachers’ in particular Sarah, Maureen, Chloe, Holly, Sara and many more! We’d recommend to all prospective children and parents

My kids have been attending Little Learners South Croydon over the last 6 years and I can only say positive things about them. Staff are lovely, we get regular updates of their development and they've always been accommodating when needing to adjust attending hours. Highly recommend.
