Inclusion & environment
Staff have a secure understanding of children's individual learning needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). There are clear processes to identify children who may need extra support, and staff implement individual learning plans. Staff work closely with other professionals and use additional funding effectively to support children with SEND, including developing the garden area and providing outings.
The garden area has been developed to offer equipment that promotes children's social skills, and outings are provided, such as exploring the woods. Children develop their hand strength, including through using spray bottles to water the flowers.
Absolutely fantastic staff who really care for the wellbeing and happiness of the kids. Extra hot on security too which is a bonus.
