Inspector highlights
Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents cannot praise the manager and the staff enough.
They explain that their children are making excellent progress from their starting points because of the support they receive.
Inclusion & environment
The manager and staff provide exceptional support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The manager has been instrumental in obtaining specialised help and support from professionals and bespoke training for staff to meet children's individual needs. Staff complete specialised SEND and early help training packages, providing insight into managing children's individual needs and supporting their exceptional progress.
While outside, children enthusiastically pour powder paint into trays and explore its texture. Older children enjoy collecting apples that have fallen from fruit trees. Staff build on children's understanding of how to be physically active indoors and outdoors, and children recall past activities where they picked apples from the fruit trees in the outdoor area.
